Grassfed Beef & Greens Burger

One of our family’s favorite meals is ground beef hamburgers with plenty of fresh greens. We eat burgers many nights per week, and everyone loves them. To keep from getting bored, I like to mix things up by adding different flavors and nutrients to the mix.

You will never see me make a burger without some form of dark greens involved. This is because I crave the two together. Grass-fed beef and dark leafy greens are timeless lovers. The perfect couple, green & beef power pack nutrients and satisfaction with relative ease. Whether it’s steak and spinach, ribs & arugula, or burgers with kale, I take my love for this combo seriously and give it my regular devotion.
